Easy Pigs in a Blanket
Ingredients
- 1 package fully cooked chicken sausage
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (from a 17-oz box)
- 3 tbsp. whole-grain or deli mustard

Procedure
- Heat oven to 400°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Cut the sausages in quarters lengthwise, then in half crosswise. Cut the puff pastry into strips 3 in. long by 1⁄2 in. wide.
- Spread about 1/4 tsp mustard on one side of each pastry strip. Roll the sausage pieces in the pastry strips and transfer to the prepared baking sheets, spacing them 1 in. apart. Bake until golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with additional mustard for dipping, if desired.
