  • 3/4 c. unsalted butter
  • 16 oz. marshmallows
  • 3/4 tsp. Flaky sea salt
  • 12 c. crispy rice cereal

Procedure

  • Butter a 13-by-9-inch or two 11-by-7-inch baking pans. Melt butter in a large Dutch oven over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until browned, 4 to 6 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows, until smooth. Stir in salt and cereal.
  • Press into buttered pan. Sprinkle with a few pinches of salt. Cool completely. Cut into bars.
